Question about 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP Sedan

2 Answers

Best said if I steal the words from another Pontiac Grand Prix owner..."For the love of God and everything holy, where do I put in power steering fluid?" I 've been told by the dealer that it would cost a whooping $217 to put in $2 worth of power steering fluid if I take the car back to the dealer to do it. I'd like to put in the power steering fluid myself and save $215, but I can't find the HOLE!

You are going to need a really long funnel for this. The reservoir is below the alternator near the firewall. Probably need a flashlight to find it.

The reservoir is behind the engine on the left side when standing in front of the car.

Where can I get a diagram or what is all included in replacing a 1994 pontiac grand prix "engine cairrage", as it needs to be replaced.

Most if not all auto parts stores sell service manuels for your particular vehicle. These are called Haynes manuals and run roughly around $20.00. They cover everything from bumper to bumper on your vehicle and include page by page instructuions as well as pictures on every page showing the parts and how to do. This is the best money you will ever spend and will pay for itself on your first do it yourself repair.
