Question about 1993 Buick Park Avenue
Most likely a stretched cable or frozen latch assembly. The handle for your hood release has a cable behind it. Pull the cable off of the handle and use pliers to pull on it. If the hood opens, you need a new cable. If it doesnt, u need a new latch.
