Hello a great place to start would be check and make sure under the engine compartment all your fan belts are on if not you have found your problem if all is good the next step is to check your power steering fluid level if low or empty you now have found your fault you will have to refill the power steering pump and observe where the leak is coming from under the front tire area it will be obvious.Now if all is good i have listed your looking at a steering rack replacement if this is the case you will need to see a steering specialist for the fact your going to need a steering alignment after replace in your steering rack.
