Thermostate or heater core take it to someone that has a computor that plugs into your car or manual one and enter the year and make of your car then get more results.

I do not know if you have the Econoline E150, E250, E350 Model; or the 4.2L V6, 4.6L V8, 5.4L V8, or the 6.8L V10 Engine; however I have included all below.

1998 Ford E-350 Rear Heat Issue....


You should check the coolant level as it might be a low and only have enough for the front system, if that is not the case then the hoses to the rear of the vehicle may be plugged or the rear heater core itself may be plugged not allowing warm coolant to circulate for the rear heat system.

2001 econoline 150 hesitates and sputters,knocks when driving. misfire on #2,#4 what causes this


This sounds like the coil for cylinders 2 & 4 is bad -- I'm assuming there is a coil pack which would have 3 coils for a 6 cyl engine and 4 coils for an 8-cyl dngine. Could be a bad electrical connection(s) to this coil as well.

a 1.8 in an 1985 econoline van i'm pretty sure that a 240ci inline 6cyl was the smallest engine these use now if you mean 5.8 this is what you want cyl hd.105-112 ft lbs rod blts 40-45 main bearing 95-105 imtake manifold 23-25 good luck
