Hi

Which fluid is this? are you talking about for the windowscreen washers from the water bottle?
If so there is really no option but to take some water with you in a bottle and clean it as and when you need to.

Hope this helps
Regards

Dan

Montanan the (!) (p) ( ) with a waves through it is on, we just has a big snow fall it was warm and now the temp has fallen to -30 could my brake lines just be frozen if the fluid levels are good??

Brake could be frozen to the drum or caliper they were wet then got cold and possibly froze. Brake fluid shouldn't freeze but also attracts water then that could freeze

Washer fluid wont work

Start with basics. check if resevoir is empty. most likely a frozen nozle. Maybe a frozen, blocked or kinked/broken hose. If you are in cold area, warm up car in garage add washer fluid with low freeze temperture. If not froze; look up diagrams online and check hose, filter screen in resevoir, and tip of nozle.

Windscreen washer pump is frozen, cannot locate it to defrost, Also is there a winter setting on the engine?

If the washer reservoir is frozen, it must have been filled with plain water. It should be filled with washer fluid. Washer fluid contains alcohol to prevent freeze up. To locate the washer reservoir, look for the filler cap, it will say washer fluid on the cap.

My wiper fluid is frozen in the pipes and the nozzles that lead to the actual spraying of the windshiled wiper fluid. How do I fix this the temperature is -20C

The only one way to fix this frozen windscreen washer fluid is to put the car inside a garage when the temperature is above 0 Celsius degree, (> + 5 C deg.), and wait for one hour for to thaw the car.

But the sprayer is most likely frozen.
Happens at least once a year for me.

The driver's side washer fluid is frozen

If you are using the "anti-freeze" type washer fluid, freezing should not be an issue anyway. You say that heating does not help, my guess is that your problem is a blockage rather than a freezing issue. Good Luck! I hope you find this to be very helpful!

Frozen wiper fluid. is there something I can add to a just filled washer tank

Well if is just filled and frozen then I would guess that you would have to wait for a warm day and try to get some of the fluid out first.Several companys make a ice melting washer fluid, but even if your tank is not frozen and it is just in your lines that are on your sprayers you will still have to wait until they thaw on there own.Unless you have acess to a heated garage.

Windshield washer fluid won't spray

Hello,
It is comon for the washer fluid pump to fail. I would also check the bottle for leaks it is comon for the battery to leak and damage the pump and the bottle.
