I have a 92 ls400. The problems are the power mirrors, locks, radio, dom lights, electric steering tilt, and seat memory doesn't work. The climate control works. But when you turn it on the starter engages. I have been working on it for a month and can't find anything. Please help. Thanks Max

SOURCE: none of the electrical features

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. More then likely, this is an electrical issue. You have a computer inside that controls all the inside functions. It is called a BCM, body control module. This would be the common point for all these parts. Due to the fact it is only on one side and not the other, would make me believe it is electrical. You need a voltage meter to test the wiring around the BCM. You probably have a bad wire or bad connection. The BCM may be damaged also, so that still may be possible. But most times, if it was the computer, you would loose all functions on both sides. Since fuses are good, the wiring needs tested. Most computers are stored inside the glove box, behind a panel. It could be under the dash also. Use the voltage meter to determine which wire(s) are defective. Check your connections and inspect them for damage.

What do I look for to fix the Power seats and power tilt steering has no power

A control module ! Electronics The steering column has a tilt/telescoping control system that consists of an electronic control module capable of class 2 serial data communication, a steering column power assembly with positioning motor and sensor, and a steering column control switch. The multi-function lever provides for the control of the headlamp high beams, and the windshield washer and wiper.
The tilt/telescoping steering column in/out/up/down switch is an input to the driver position module (DPM). The tilt/telescoping drive motor is an output function of the DPM.
Steering column memory settings are stored in the DPM. The steering column position sensor is an internal part of the tilt/telescoping motor assemblies, and is an input to the DPM. The DPM uses the position sensor input when storing and recalling memory settings.
Same thing with the seats , electronic control module .
Battery positive voltage is supplied at all times to the memory seat module (MSM) through the battery positive voltage circuit from the POWER SEATS circuit breaker located instrument panel (I/P) fuse block. This voltage is used to power up MSM and also to apply power to the seat motors when commanded. Battery positive voltage from the TILT/TELE SW/MEM SEAT MOD fuse located in the body control module (BCM) fuse block that supplies voltage to the seat adjuster switch and the memory function switch, also supplies voltage to the MSM. The MSM monitors this voltage circuit in order to determine if battery voltage is supplied to the seat adjuster switch. The MSM is grounded through the module ground circuit and G301.

No indicators working found fuse box which fuse?

When you are talking about "indicators" we could assuming that your are refer about signal lights. This work with "flashers" devices.

For 1996 Audi A4 2.8L SFI 6cyl the Flasher is located in front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind dash lower panel, mounted above driver side of steering column.

About generic fuses, open the driver side door. Remove panel on left side of dash. Fuse box is behind panel:

Where the fuse box to a 88 ford thunder bird 5.0 liter

The fuse panel is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, next to the emergency brake pedal. You need to remove the under-dash insulation to access some parts of the fuse panel.

If it doesn't have a diagram inside the box, here's one I found online: http://www.coolcats.net/tech/reference/images/fusepanel.jpg

Where is the computer box in the Lexus LS400 located?

There are 11 electronic control units(ECU) located in the dash area. They are as follows.
Engine + trans. ecu. behind right side of the dash.
Abs + traction ecu. beside the engine ecu.
electric mirror ecu. behind upper right side of dash.
SRS ecu. behind dash at console.
Shift lock ecu. in center console near shifter.
Power seat ecu. under drivers seat.
progressive power steering ecu. behind left dash left of column.
Steering column tilt + telescopic ecu. behind left dash above column.
Anti-theft ecu. behind far left of dash.
Cruise control ecu. just below the anti-theft ecu.
My guess is you are looking for the engine ECU but you may be
looking for 1 of these in the future. Hope this helps.

92 Voyager Grand, no power mirrors and locks dosen't worl

Sometimes there are two fuse boxes. The companies like to mess with you. Usually theres one under the hood and one inside the cab, under the driver's side steering controls, ie: lay on the floor by the pedals and look up, or if you open the door and look at the dash from the side it could be there.

It really does sound like a fuse problem. Have you tried testing the fuse with a multimeter?
