SOURCE: stalled, no gauges, will crank but no spark.

It is not getting power where it should. This is cause by fusible link, fuse, bad connection, bad relay etc. If you already checked all the fuse, check them again, take your time because it is easy to overlook a blown fuse.

SOURCE: 2001 Pontiac Grand Am won't crank and I have replaced everything

I am going to go with the assumption that when you say it won't crank you mean it turns over but won't start. If it is a 3100 or 3400 it could be the coil pac modual that sits under the coil pack. Most Autozones and Advance stores have a tester for them so you won't have to repalce something that expensive. If it is a 2.4 you may need the tower that houses the coil packs or even the coil pac modual that sits under the cover on top of the motor. Before you do anything else, spay some ether down the intake while turning over. If it thry to run, then you may have a fuel pump problem. Better than that if you have access to a fuel pressure gauge, check the pressure while you are turning the engine over. Compare it to the recomended presure in section four of a hayes manual.

Engine cuts out, steering locks on braking - scary! Help!

What is possibly happening is when you brake, there is a vacuum leak caused by the power brake system, this reduces the engine rpm, which in turn effects the power steering which makes it feel like the steering is locking up. This can also happen with a vacuum leak anywhere in the engine or things like a faulty idle adjustment control.... Turn the vehicle on, place your foot on the brake, if the idle speed increases dramatically you have a problem. Then put the vehiclein drive with your foot on the brake. If it nearly dies, again, you have an issue.
There are many different things on an engine that can create vacuum leaks. EGR Valves, IAC solenoid, PCV valves, the list goes on....
Good luck finding this particular issue!

Why does my battery light and brake light come on while I'm driving and the power steering shuts off?

The motor is shutting off, better find the problem before it dies while you are pulling out in front of a semi and you end up dead.

Chevy cavalier 2002 shut off while driving, power steering went out and brakes. i turned car off and it restarted what was it and how can i fix it?

Ther is a problem with some computers in that they shut down the engine for no apparent reason. This problem hounded Kia owners as the engine just stopped at lights but restarted with no problems. Check for any fault codes and check for circuit problems with alternator as some cpu's get their power directly from the alternator and it has to be full voltage or they sense a power failure and shut down.

Bmw 325ci power steering/battery light and temperature gauge

Hi ,
It sounds like you lost the belt that runs the power steering pump and the water pump and the alternator. Look under the hood at that belt.
Good Luck

Both my power steering and brakes stopped working at the same time. I can still brake my truck, but only if I press har5d with both feet. There is no fluid leeking, and both the power steering and brake...

It would sound like you have lost a serpentine belt. Do you have a braking system that is boosted by the power steering pump? While it is possible for a pump to fail it is rather unusual to do so suddenly. Unless the systems have something in common (like the power steering fluid) it is highly unlikely both systems would fail for no reason simultaneously. Did any other warning lights or an alternator gauge or temperature gauge give you any indications of a problem?

Lost power steering and brakes

I'd say you broke a serpintine belt if you lost them both at the same time. Check your belts and see if you're missing one... You should have breaks and steering, just manual... hard to steer and brake...
