Try to get a power steering fluid flush, there may be contaminants in the fluid
Make sure someone has not put the wrong fluid in the vehicle.
If the problem started after the fluid had been low there may be damage to the pump

Sounds like the power steering pump is on its way out
If you have not attempted, try a p.s. fluid flush with honda fluid

S430 2002 is making noise when steer left or right, but goes away what could it be?

If its a groaning noise and its worse when cold it might be the power steering fluid is low, as the vehicle warms up the level rises and the pump stops sucking air, check the power steering fluid first

Lost all power/electrical when went to restart car, battery fine

I had an old Accord which occasionally wouldn't crank or start, took out the Main Electrics Relay situated up under the dash near the steering wheel, resoldered all the solder joints on it.....car started like a rocketship on steroids. Seems the solder joints "evaporate" and "dry out", fresh solder conducts full power.

Dealer charged me +200 $ to change belt and repack power steering pump...now when cold making noises (louder when turning) until warms up...is the pump bad like they said or did i get beat out of 200$

sounds like a lot of money to fit a new belt, because the pump is a sealed unit and its impossible to repack the bearings with grease without destroying it trying to get it apart.

2006 Town and Country: Loud Whinning noise when cold and a slow Power steering fluid leak.

the noise may be because your power steering fluid level is low when cold, as the fluid warms up it expands enough to stop the whine, you should have the leak checked by your favorite mechanic shop

Steering Wheel noise on cold start

this is either a loose belt, or low power steering fluid. Remember that Honda uses a diffrent power steering fluid from everyone else. Make sure it is a Honda compatable fluid, or you will get leaks.
