Hi, you may want to check the relay as well. Unfortunately, your blower controller is solid state which does not allow ease of troubleshooting or diagnosis. The blower itself is accessible from the engine compartment. If you have a 12 volt test light, you could pull the connector off the motor and probe the connector to see if power is getting to the motor. With the key on, the blower turned on high, and your test light clipped to a good chassis ground point, the test light should light for at least one of the connector terminals. If it does, odds are the motor is bad.
If you can access a repair manual for the car, you may find some more extensive troubleshooting procedures. Some libraries have manuals for you car.

SOURCE: Faulty Fan Heater - The main vents are just blowing out cold air.

Go to your idrive., climate the vent settings. you will see a person along with vent areas on the side.
If this persons color is blue it blows cold air so turn the dial for vent closest to that person until the
color changes red then hot air comes out on the vents for driver and passenger. Then let me know.

Had same problem. Replace Blower Motor. Over a 100 dollars at local parts store, but found online for half price. About 30 minutes to replace. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1431961&parttype=6916
6 screws to remove glove box, One plastic nut on kick panel and 3 screws hold the blower to the air box.

Why is my Panasonic's czrtc2 blow cold air out of vent went heater turns off

A fan heater is a fan blowing over a bank of electrical elements, or in many cars, hot coolant water is directed through pipes in the heater assembly, in place of electric elements.
In any case, if fan is still running when heater is turned off, the source of the heat will be gone, so blowing only cold air.

No heat pressure out of vents on hot setting, but blows really hard on cold setting...does blow heat just not hard enogh, good heater core and full of coolant

may be something plugging the heater tube itself, maybe a rodent has set up camp, fan resister works both cold and heat fan speeds, unless they have a resister for cold and hot which I have not heard of.

Most likly this van has seperate controls for driver and passenger heat and ac controls. If its blowing hot air your heat is working. These controls operate differant dampers that are electonicly controlled. If the dials arent working they would cause this problem.

The heat is not getting hot in the front but the back heat blows out hot heat. Whats the possible problem?

If you can get cold air blowing out the front vents, the front heater door is not working properly. If you don't get air blowing out, check the front heater fan and its resistor block.

Hi its ounds like the fan has failed, the fan blows the heat into the vents without it, it will just remain in the heater core. other possibility and very common also is the cabin heater regulator they ofetn go, located in the middle of the car looking into the engine compartment has 2 pipes one in one out, feel the pipes see which is hot etc and get back to me.

I would check if your vent to the outside is open. If it is I would check the vacum hose that controls the vent to open and close.
