You will need to be more specific on what the problem is? Do you want to replace the radiator, fix it, or simply identify why it is smoking?

Those things stated; have you identified where it is smoking from? Are your fluid levels at the appropriate amount? Does the issue continue when you add clean 50/50 solution to bring the cooling system up to its appropriate fluid levels? Does it increase when you add fluid?

The strongest likelihood is that you have a leak from one or more places in the cooling system. This can be caused by failed parts and/or connections. Inspect the hoses running to and from the radiator. Check the connections to see if any have come loose. Then inspect the hoses, the thermostat, the reservoir, and the radiator itself for leaks. Should any of these parts or hoses started to leak, you will need to replace them. None of the jobs are terribly difficult, but a radiator can be a little costly. A radiator on your '93 Tercel will cost around $120 (depending on region). If you are really lucky, the leak will only be coming from the radiator's drain plug or a hose... as those will only run a person around ten dollars to replace.
You can use a "stops leak" to curb the issue, but (even if it works... your leak may be too great) it will only delay the inevitable. Complete the repairs, this one is not serious enough to require the replacement of your car.

1995 nissan quest radiator fan went out going up hill and smoking

Smoking from where? Under the hood, the pressure exceeded the rating of the radiator cap and the coolant was blown into the recovery tank. It may have fillled the tank and sprayed coolant on the engine making it smoke under the hood. You may have blown a radiator or heater hose, again if the smoke was coming from under the hood. If it was coming out of the tail pipe, you may possibly have blown a head gasket.

My 1994 Camry started smoking and overheating after I heard a pop noise. What could this be

Smoking from the tailpipe or the engine bay? At this point it could be that a radiator hose failed and you have lost coolant, or that a head gasket is blown, both of which can make a noise.

More silent is the possible failure of a coolant temp sensor, thermostat, or radiator fan hydraulic drive (if fitted).

The worst is a blown head gasket, and a compression test will show this. A failed radiator hose and coolant loss will be obvious.

My 04 jeep grand cherokee is smoking from the radiator. the radiator fan doesn't appear to be running. i've had to put more and more coolant in the resivior because it keeps going right through it...

well, probably needs radiator replaced, burning off fluid smoking problem?if not going out exhaust or in oil, have radiator checked-replaced,if fan not running check relay and fuses, might need fan replaced,if you overheat engine to bad you will blow head gaskets and this is costly.check your oil,see if gray and milky,if so blown head gasket and water-antifreeze in oil,if going out exhaust will be blown head gasket inbetween the cylinders, fix radiator and fan first, but check out to see where all fluid is going.

My 92 Honda Accord keeps overheating, losing fluid but I cannot find a leak. Any suggestions?

check the oil and see if it looks like a mocha, creamy looking... Is the vehicle smoking? Is the radiator hoses holding way to much pressure? Try to fill the radiator with water and leave the cap off..... look for bubbles, if it warms up and bubbles are present or smoking when hot with radiator cap on and hot or creamy oil..... Head gasket....

My truck is overheating very badly and it smells like coolant. The radiator is smoking. The belt and fan are turning. What could be the issue? It runs at higher idol then normal and my collant light turns...

Most likely with the radiator smoking, the radiator itself has a small crack or hole. Again it could be a bad hose spraying the coolant out. Usually if the water pump goes out it has a weep hole that will start leaking.Check the radiator over good and the hoses.

It overheated, smoking and water pouring

If water poured out you probably busted a hose or radiator sprung a leak. Sounds like that and a bad thermostat or water pump went out.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE GUEST, I FOUND OUT IT WAS THE BYPASS HOSE BEHIND THE ENGINE THAT WAS LICKING THE COOLANT AND SMOKING.
