Hi Secure,

I was going over unsolved problems and found yours.

After a cool night, condensation forms on the cool metal. The white smoke is that condensation burning off. If it did not stop, that would be indicative of a worse problem.

Comment back if this is still occurring.

Excessive exhaust smoke on the first start of the day

Sounds like the valve guides are leaking oil into the cylinders, or there is a coolant leak somewhere. Usually white smoke is coolant but could be oil.
Are you adding either fluid often ?

Replace serpentine belet on 2002 santa fa

Below is the diagram you will need to replace the belt. The diagram is for a 6cyl. 2.7 engine (most common for that year). Once the tensioner pulley is loose, route the new belt as diagrammed and while applying pressure, tighten the tensioner pulley.

White smoke is coolant leaking through the engine gaskets most likely. The turbo would leak oil which would be black. If the turbo has intercool to it then it can be coolant as well

Blowing light smoke and burnning engine oil

Blue smoke is usually oil burnig related. White smoke is due to coolant mixing with the oil. (Head gasket leak) You should have the coolant system pressurized by a garage to see if your system holds pressure. This test will tell a lot. Coolant in the oil is a big problem.

Dear Sir, Problem is that engine was blowing white smoke and burning the engine oil after 500 km as half liter or more and I got repairing and my technician replaced its ring piston and other related...

The piston rings were a good idea but not necessarily a problem. The white smoke could be from a bad head gasket, cracked head or cracked block.

Oil usage Huyndai Santa Fe 2002 (4 cylinder)

If its a petrol motor then they will blow a little white smoke/steam on startup until the exhaust heats up. The engines computer knows that its cold so richens the petrol/air mixture to warm it up faster . You should let it warm a little before driving off or if you can't then don't rev it hard til it starts to warm up. All the parts inside the engine need to get to optimal running temp to wear properly. Most engines wear more on startup then when they have been running for a long time. In regards to smoke blue is bad (oil) black is bad ( to much fuel) and white is usually on startup.
