This is normally caused by your cars idle up. The idle up engages when you turn on the AC and that will add few RPM for your engine to prevent your engine from stalling. A replacement is needed to fix the problem. You may also check for the vacuum routing sticker on your hood. If you have a vacuum routing sticker on your hood, refer to that. The hose from the IAC valve routes to the Idle Up switch (as you know) the other hose from the idle up switch routes to the passenger end of the intake plenum, right on the end of it toward the firewall side. Don't confuse rubber heat shield on hose for hose size.

Try to adjust the idling. turning the ac on or adding any load to the engine while your idle is low it will stall the car.

Ac and heating system goes off and on. Sometimes stalls car

if it's stalling the engine i would look at the ac pump, if the clutch fails and the pump is bad the engine will cut out due to the strain of the faulty pump, the ac unit tests the pump on some models and that could be why the system is going off and on, it not able to work correctly.

There is a clutch between the compressor and the engine that turns the compressor over. Although unlikely, if the compressor has completely seized then when the compressor clutch engages it will stall your engine.

Your car should have an aircon on/off button. Turn your car on and immediately switch off the aircon, if the compressor clutch is at fault it should stay disengaged and you should be able to use the engine.

Intrepid turns off

Sounds like the ac compressor is seized up.
I would unplug the compressor clutch and see if it still stalls.

When i turn on my heat my 2004 trailblazer stalls

if this happens while the defrost of ac is turned on, it could be a seized ac compressor which will cause the serpentine belt to squeal and drag making the engine sometimes stall. if it happens with the ac off and the selector on say the floor, or dash vents, the issue could be a bad alternator and battery. this is confirmed when the blower motor engages and the lights dim and then the truck goes dead.

AC/Heat Fan runs continuously and Rear end roaring noise

Sounds like the wheel bearing on the right rear hub may be defective, that would cause the noise if the tires are ok. As far as the fan goes not sure this isn't working as designed.

Where is the fuel filter on a Saturn Vue 2004?

It is part of the fuel pump module inside the fuel tank, all the cars are starting to use this type of setup, the filter is only serviced when the fuel pump fails.
