The problem might be with the Idle Air Control valve. This component is mounted on the throttle body and as its name implies it contols the engine idle speed anytime the accelerator is released.

One thing to try is to have the IAC valve removed and with a throttle body cleaner, clean the IAC valve and the idle air bleed port on the throttle body. If doing this shows no improvement with the idle, then the IAC valve may require replacement.

I have a nissan sentra 1996. As per checking the ac compressor has stacked up, is there a connection between the ac and the engine because the car engine stops when i started it, there is a slight...

There is a clutch between the compressor and the engine that turns the compressor over. Although unlikely, if the compressor has completely seized then when the compressor clutch engages it will stall your engine.

Your car should have an aircon on/off button. Turn your car on and immediately switch off the aircon, if the compressor clutch is at fault it should stay disengaged and you should be able to use the engine.

When i turn off the ac, there is a clicking sound coming from the dash on the passenger side, what could that be?

It could be that the metal ductwork is now heating up and expanding after being cooled. But that isn't a constant click, very intermittant, so if your clicking is constant that wouldn't be the problem.

If it is a constant click it could be that you passenger side sensor is calling for increased cooling and not senseing that the AC was turned off. If the clicking stops after you turn the engine off and then immediately restart it, that is probably the sound.

95 Buick lesabre, when defroster is turned on puddle of water forms immediately behind driver seat.

If you have the smell of Coolant then you have a leak in your heater core. You said immediately so that is the first thing I would look for. If there is actually a bit of time before it forms I would check to ensure the drain for the AC condensor is clear as when the Defroster is on the AC unit also runs. If you think this is the problem and want a quick fix, disconnect the Wires from the AC Compressor and it should stop the problem.
