My low cool and low fan does not work. High cool and high fan works good. Is this something I can fix myself and if so, how?

If it is a Ford product the problem is with the ignition switch!!!!!!!!High cool function bypasses switch, Other speeds do not.
Your headlights might not be working either.

Clicking sound coming from the dash when AC fan is high and temp down low, stops when fan is lowered and temp is turned up? Can I fix this myself or how much could I expect to pay someone? 2007 Infiniti...

clicking noise could be blower motor bearing failure or blower motor fan work itself loose.you can fix.removing lower instrument cover to get to blower motor.you need turn off radio first to keep from losing code then turn off ignition remove keys.you need to disarm airbags by disconnecting the negative battery cable wait 20 minutes before working under dash when done reconnect negative battery cable.when disconnecting negative battery probably have reprogram door locks.and the ECM has relearn memory. some times you have to reprogram radio also you can fix problem but many things has to be reprogram.if first time doing mechanic work best find good mechanic or let dealership fix.

Fan control switch only works on high

If you blower fan will only work on high know that most blower motors are power by a basic electrical circuit that utilizes a multi resistor or a solid-state resistor to control different fan speed modes (low, medium low, medium and high). If the resistor malfunctions it may lose one or more of the lower fan speed settings. First check the fuse and change if needed. If that doesn't fix things change the resister.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2002 wrangler fan won't work except on high. Fan

Very common problem... it is usually because the resistors are shot... the resistor block is kind of tricky to get out but, its a cheap fix... it is located behind the glove box. it is also common for the switch/connection to be corroded or cracked... if you have any difficulty i would be happy to add more info about removal/install...

The front blower motor is not working on our '98 Tahoe, AC still works on rear. Checked fuses and while looking around, the fan came on (all speeds work) but when I turned it off and on again, it wouldn't...

first check to see if you have electrical power to the fan in all settings low med and high. It could be something as simple as the connecting plug spread out or has corrosion.

Air Fan and Defrost only works on Position 4.

reostat broken, look in air income, locate, remove, look for fuse wire on the device,if electroic, replace all,
but initial problem is that the fan blower does not work well, take apart, clean and grease,
it makes the reostat burn when the fan does not start quick enough

Climate contrl fan

I had the same problem twice. The dealer said it was a recall for a bad fan control switch. It's located under the glovebox near the center of the dash and held in by two screws. Last time i had to replace the part was about 34.00 and did it myself. The cover under the glovebox pops out and you can see the part. They had problems with them burning out and only work on high after that happens.

Fan motor

Fan motor, no. It's more then likely your fan speed switch or the regluator. Sorry, 2004 jeeps are out of my league on where resistor is located.
