Unless the car is sold in the USA or other english language country there is no manual.

You should go by what is on the tires. When the tires are replaced they may be replaced with a tire that has a different build. Thicker or thinner sidewalls, more or less ply and belts. Different weight specification than the OEM tires, etc., etc..

Wow! That's a tall order! Some navigation systems allow you to choose the language. (the software is already built in) The only suggestion I have is to go to the Toyota Owner's site and see if you can download an owner's manual. They also list navigation manuals. It might tell you how to change the language.
