Question about Honda Civic
There should be a thermostatic fan switch on the radiator if it's like my 1979 Honda. Or, it could be located on the block or cylinder head.
I couldn't find a 150i listed for 1997 for North America on my online reference.
The Thermostat should be connected to the upper radiator hose... look around the cylinder head or block area for that.
Good luck on this repair.
