The sending unit is part of the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank.

Gas gage works then goes up and down when going down the road the car will stall a anytime

You need to replace the fuel pump, there is a sensor that is inside the pump called a sending unit, this sending unit measures the amount of fuel in the gas tank, and also since your car is stalling I would definitely say that I would start by replacing the fuel pump! Gas gauge will not work

Could possibly be the sending unit inside the gas tank not sending a reading to the gauge. Sending unit needs to be replaced. Need to remove gas tank and fuel pump and replace sending unit.

2003 pontiac aztek low oil pressure light on and motor knocking

If the engine has the required amount of oil, and you have replaced the sending unit, and the engine is knocking, I would say the oil pump has failed.
Chances are the bearings are damaged enough to require the engine be rebuilt. You won't know for sure until someone takes the oil pan off and checks the bearings.

Gas guage on 2001 Aztek only works down to 3/4 of a tank then stays there. What could be the problem?

Your sending unit is going bad, it is located inside the fuel tank. The fuel tank will have to come out from the car, not something you want to try at home. sorry.

My 2001 aztek has a fuel guage malfunction most of the time it is stuck on full but the digital read out shows that i have used 7 gallons can this be the bcm or just a censor on the fuel pump

It is most likely the sending unit in the gas tank, this senses the amount of fuel in the tank and relays that info to the gauges and computer.

Gas gauge issue

you got a problem with your fuel gauge sender that works together with the fuel pump inside in the fuel tank, that sender is a wire that could be burned and is sending wrong voltage to the fuel meter on the dash board, replace it as a unit or if you want to save lot of money buy it separate from the fuel pump.
