If your battery is failing do to the cold -- it might be time for a new battery. look and see if there is any info in the cars paperwork or on the battery that tells how old the battery is. most car batteries only are good for 5 years max. as far as a plug in goes -- some cars and trucks have block heaters installed that keep the block and oil warm in cold climates which makes starting easier,, I live in Alaska and almost every vehicle has this because we see negative degrees for 5 to 6 months a year.
have your battery tested at a battery shop ( load tested ) and make sure the fluid levels in the battery are at the proper level.

Cold outside car went start

Sounds like the battery died. Cold temps are hard on a lead-acid battery. If the battery is cheap or has some age, it will show its true colors in very cold weather. Consider testing battery with multimeter or a battery load tester. If none are available, you can take the battery out and have it tested at the local auto store.

It's cold outside and my 2013 Hyundai sonata won't start

Its most likely a worn down battery. They get even weaker when its very cold outside. I'd get a jump or connect a charger to it.

When the outside temperature gets above 70 degrees it stalls and dies.  During the winter it worked fine.

It seems strange that you have this starting/no power issues when it over 70 degrees outside but not when it is cold. When it is cold the battery and starter are normally under more pressure to start the engine and it is also harder to burn and atomize fuel when it is cold.
The reason I suggest removing the trim panel and checking voltage at the ignition switch is that is the best place to start. The ignition witch has to have power present at the switch and must distribute that power as the key is turned to operate accessories and the starter motor when turned to the start position.

Are you letting the glow plugs get hot enough? Does it have glow plugs? How about the battery? Does it die down while all this is happening? Might want to think about using starting fluid on cold days. My tractor would fire on cold days and the battery would be half dead, but I always waited for the plugs to get hot enough.

you can jump it with a running car, then take it to somewhere like Autozone which will check the charging system and battery to see if there is a problem. Also sometimes you need to remove the battery cables and clean both them and the battery terminals.
