It would appear that your contacts in your ignition switch may be faulty or pitted. I would recommend having it replaced at the dealer. If you are mechanically inclined, you can replace it yourself, but you may need special tools to gain access to the switch due to anti theft built into your vehicle.

I have a 2007 madza3 2.0 battery is good but when you turn the key it just clicks

Clicking sound is the solenoid activated starting switch pulling in, then dropping out because of low voltage when the starter motor is connected electrically. When the contact drops out, the load on battery is reduced, voltage rises again enough to pull the solenoid switch back in and click. This happens four or five times a second and thus hear the "clicking" sound.
Only a load tester will indicate if battery is weak. Simple voltage testers only show open circuit voltage.
Load testers usually apply a 50 Amp load for 30 seconds. That 30 second voltage must then be compared to the battery's CCA rating, which gives you an true indication of battery's condition.
I suspect a load test will show the present battery to be weak or bad. If battery is five or more years old, it owes you nothing.
Best deals on new batteries is WalMart with free installation.

Iturned ignition key on off on off on off, and, check engine light blinked twice, then twice again, then blinked five times, then four times, then five times, then five times, can you tell me what that means

This may have altered the programming of the alarm or ignition cutout. Your car may have a body control module which may have been altered. It may be more helpful if you specify more details including what model car you have and if it has an alarm or engine immobiliser.

2004 sebring conv. shuts off after getting of normal operating temp. Will start again after it cools off.

Did you do the key "Dance" for codes? Put key in ignition, turn to the "RUN" position - do not crank the engine - and return it back to the off position, do this four times, on the fifth time leave it in the "RUN" position and watch the check engine/power loss light and count the flashes. Should start with five flashes (start of test) followed by a couple series of flashes keep track of the number of flashes as this will tell you what sensor is on the fritz. The test is over when it flashes five times again. Also the chain stores will scan for zero cost.....Just for grins try unplugging the water temp sensor (usually near the thremostat) see if car stays running......Plug it back in to double check.

For the last five years that I have owned my 2004 Chevy Impala I have had problems with it not wanting to start at certain times, usually and mostly during the summer months, but not all the time. I get...

I had the same thing happen to my impala. It was the sensor in the ignition switch for security purposes. I had too many keys on my key ring, and it caused the ignition switch to not read my key right. Once I had the ignition switch repaired, I don't put so many keys on my key ring. It cost me about $300.
