Try old syle boost, car to car with booster cables, inside lights will work even if battery almost dead, just try to boost it off or pull battery and have it charged, autozone or advance auto will charge for free.but have to take battery to them out of car,or if you have charger at home, let it slow charge overnight on low charge. thank you for choosing fixya.com

I had this same problem but no sunroof on mine. there is a bundle of wires that goes into the door and if the power wire breaks and the power window lockout was pushed when it happens no windows work and the dome lights stay on on mine it happened on the drivers side it was an easy fix i took the door panel off and unpluged the harnes and pulled it through the inside of the jeep and spliced the wire back together and it has been working since.

try the 10a fuse for the light inside, the symbol on the fuse panel is a light with a line on the top, it controls alarm and windows too
