A miss #4 (P0304) may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

        Faulty spark plug or wire

        Faulty coil (pack)

        Faulty oxygen sensor(s)

        Faulty fuel injector

        Burned exhaust valve

        Faulty catalytic converter(s)

        Running out of fuel

        Poor compression

        Defective computer

The possible solutions, if there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and
    see if it comes back.

If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check
all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending
on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good
idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would
suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable).
Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic
converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter
needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty
    fuel injectors.

    Keep us updated.

Please get a scan of the computer and tell the technician to check for historical and pending codes in the computer. Then post the trouble codes here.

1999 F-250 122000 miles. I'm getting a pinging sound when stepping on the gas at low speed.

Cheap gasoline, maybe , moisture in the fuel cell (gas tank) ,will also do it, heet gas treatment will take care of it, used as recommended.

At times feels like driving on rippling surface and can feel it in the gas pedal

Nearly 100% sure that you have a failed gasket in your transmission, causing the transmission pump to suck air instead of transmission fluid. CHECK YOUR TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL, and consider having a standard transmission service performed as soon as possible (fluid and filter change).
Also, if you have recently had a transmission service done, they left out a small gasket (I've had that happen before).

I have an 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee v6 2x2 with 170k... I'm having a couple of issues... 1. Occasionally will have trouble with cycling through gears when getting on Hwy causing decreased, sluggish...

I would consider changing the vehicle speed sensor. When they go bad, they can really throw out a lot of bad data to the computer, resulting in unexpected behavior like you're experiencing. They're only around $20-$25. I hope this helps! :)

My engine Check light and Trac off are on the error code read P0300. My car is shaking and loud weird noise in muffler. When I step on gas panel it doesn't speed up to normal speed limit , how do I...

This code indicates a "random/multiple cylinder misfire detected". Could be spark plugs, wires, ignition module Etc. How long has it been since you replaced the plugs? That is where I would start. Don't forget to clear the codes by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes after installing new plugs. Let me know if it helps. Thanks.
