I just had the same problem and it was very easy to fix it was the abs module and just go to www.BBa-Reman.com and sent your part in and they will fix it and you will get it back in a week. and the cost was like 170 out the door dont go to the dealer!!!!!

Does it light up like a christmas tree? I had a simliar problem last year on my 2000 9.5 aero. I beleive it was the tcs on, tcs off, emergency light, and 2 others, i forget now. After paying the saab dealer $800 to try and diagnose it, finally they came up with a faulty abs switch. Cost to replace was over 3k. I took it to my other mechanic and he found one in a junk yard for half the price. I had it replaced over a year now and it works fine.
Have them check out the ABS switch. I later found simliar info on the web of other saab dealers
