Thank You so much!!!!!! My husband was working on this ALL MORNING!!! He was so upset that he couldn't get the belt on, he told me the wrong year. After your help with the diagram, even with the wrong tools, he had it on and running in 15 minutes. Thank you again. Believe me. You are a family saver! NOBODY wants to be around the "Upset Daddy" !

Put a serpatine belt on and it keeps coming off the bottom left pulley 1/4 inch. Is there an adjustment on the pulley? or what am I doing wrong?

Why did you rate this thanks for trying, the above diagrams are for a 1995 Chrysler Lebaron 3.0L, as you specified. I guess you can only lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

Sorry buddy but I can only go by the info that you post which was very vague? :"95 lebaron serpentine belt diagram" you never even stated it was a chrysler or what size engine. Most experts on here wouldn't have even responded to that due to lack of information to go by. Besides I am responding to this for "free" and all I get in return is a bad rating. Anyway on to the task at hand:

To remove belt:
1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable from the battery.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle safely support it on jackstands. Try to situate the vehicle at a height so that access can be achieved from below and above the vehicle.
3. Remove the splash shield below the alternator.
4. Loosen the alternator pivot bolt and the locking bolt.
5. Loosen the adjusting bolt until the belt can be removed from the alternator pulley.
6. Lower the vehicle back to the ground if access cannot be attained from above the engine compartment.
7. Remove the locknuts securing the engine damper mounting bracket to the engine. Push the bracket towards the engine.
To install belt:
1. If any of the idler pulleys were removed, they must be installed with the small spacer washer between the pulley and the engine. The inside bushing is installed between the pulley and the locknut.
2. Install the accessory drive belt on the pulleys.
3. Install the engine damper mounting bracket onto studs in the engine front cover. Tighten the locknuts to 30 ft. lbs. (40 Nm) of torque.
4. Raise the vehicle again, if needed.
5. Tighten the alternator pivot bolt to 37 ft. lbs. (50 Nm) of torque.
6. Tighten the adjusting bolt until the correct tension is obtained-refer to the tensioning procedures found previous in this section. If a new belt is installed, it should be tensioned after 7500 miles (12,070 km) of usage.
7. Tighten the locking bolt to 20 ft. lbs. (27 Nm) of torque.
8. Tighten the alternator pivot bolt to 37 ft. lbs. (50 Nm) of torque.
9. Install the splash shield to the vehicle, then lower the vehicle back down to the ground.
10. Connect the negative (-) cable to the battery
3.0L ENGINE-AIR CONDITIONER BELT
To remove and install the air conditioning compressor drive belt, first loosen the idler pulley lock nut, then turn the adjusting screw to raise or lower the idler pulley. The belt can then be removed from the crankshaft pulley, the A/C compressor pulley and the idler pulley. However, before the A/C drive belt can be removed from the vehicle, the serpentine belt must be removed also.

3.0L ENGINE-SERPENTINE BELT
The Poly-V alternator/power steering pump belt is provided with a dynamic tensioner to maintain proper belt tension. To remove or install this belt, insert a 1/2 in. breaker bar in the opening provided and release tension by rotating the tensioner counterclockwise. Remove the belt from all of the pulleys, while holding the tensioner in the rotated position. When installing the belt, make certain that the belt is securely set onto the pulleys (the grooves on the belt must be aligned with the grooves on the pulley).
