Question about 1997 Infiniti.5 J30
You dident give much info to go off of, but check the resistor, and the blower for being faulty. unclip the harness to the fan, and give it a power and ground source manually, if it kicks on, the try replacing the resistor. if none of this applies, then check to see if the cooling system is full and flowing, a stuck thermostat will block flow to the heater core.
