That is not what you are looking for. The issue is a decision by your engine management computer, based on some failure. What needs to happen is you pull the codes from the computer, requires a scanner, and proceed on the error codes.
Often a lube shop or parts store will pull the codes for free.
The issue is fairly significant if the systems reduced power. Pull the codes and begin there.
