Question about 1999 Isuzu Rodeo
This could be a motor or a switch problem with no delay. It also could be a relay problem. The only true way to find out which one is to use a voltmeter and test it. Unplug the wires to motor, hook up meter, test in all speeds. If you get a reading on all speeds, then motor is bad. If you get the same response, then switch or relay is bad. You can perform voltage test from the switch as well
