Hesitation is random and only under harder acceleration changed plugs 1 month ago and this problem went away , but has now returned,

It could be a dirty (MAF) Mass Airflow Sensor or a dirty Throttle Body, Get some MAF cleaner at your local auto parts store and take apart the plastic ducting that attaches to the Throttle Body and use the cleaner on the inside of the Throttle Body and MAF sensor. Cleaning this takes off the carbon build-up and dirt which affects throttle response.

Could be a number of thing's , mass air flow sensor , throttle position sensor , coolant temp sensor , vacuum leaks , a problem with spark plug's or wire's etc... Your best bet take an have it diagnosed by a qualified service repair facility .

Poor performance, hesitation, sluggish and shaking


Those are cylinder misfire codes. PO300 is random misfires (meaning 1+ cylinders misfired) and the other 2 codes are for cylinder #1 and 2. Did you change the ignition coils yet on 1 and 2?

Do you let the tank go to empty before refueling a lot?

Hesitation while exceleration


Have these things checked for #1:
Spark plug
plug wire
#1 fuel injector
and the throttle position sensor, also have a fuel pressure test done, especially for the hesitation.

Hesitation off the start but then goes away, also in reverse


sometimes using a fuel additive might help. K44 i think is what it is called helps clean the injectors....hope this helps

could be the type of plug you are using.I was told only to use ngk plugs.I recently put bosch plugs in my mazda 3 and the check engine light came on and it started missfiring.
