Question about 1997 Chrysler Sebring
No spark is easy to test -- take out one of the plugs , hook back up to plug wire and ground it out to the engine ( holding it with a pair of insulated pliers ) have a helper turn over the car while you look for spark. if you have spark then I would say that you sucked up some debris from the bottom of the tank when you ran empty -- could also be water in the line from condensation in the tank from over the years ( ? ) -- could be a plugged fuel filter also.
