Well if you are loking for the v.i.n. it will be lower driver side corner of wndshield and on sticker inside driver's door jamb. if it's the engine code your looking for this is it 2.4 L 2TZ-FE I4 2.4 L 2TZ-FZE I4 supercharged. if your previa is a 1995 it would be the supercharged model as that was the only engine available that year. if this was helpful please rate 4 thumbs.

Sounds like a head gasket leaking water in from the cooling system. Does it run OK? Any water in the oil on the dipstick and a mayonnaise type film on the oil filler cap?

How to remove egr valve on a 1993 toyota previa

That previa has a central engine, so all engine work requires you take out driver and or front passenger seat out.

The EGR placement is here >> http://www.autozone.com/autozone/repairguides/Toyota-Previa-1991-1997-Repair-Information/EMISSION-CONTROLS/Exhaust-Gas-Recirculation-System/_/P-0900c1528008a1d5

Good luck

You don't have to take it to Toyota, but you will need to get a code reading, to fine out what's wrong and what sensor, most auto part or Autozone, will do this for free, you can get back with us with the trouble code number, so we can help you diag. your trouble code.

When you say "warning light is on", I assume you are not talking about the oil pressure gauge...
If not, here is your solution:
What you have is a very common problem: The oil LEVEL sensor has failed. Previas have 2 sensors; pressure & level of the oil in the pan...What you need to do is replace it, Toyota part number : 89491-28030.
BUT...This part is $380.45. Not cheap; Sorry but true.
