Could be something electrical in the ignition system but cant really help too much with the info provided. Only other possibility is the engine ceased up or maybe the starter was incorrectly installed.

Trouble starting had startor motor replaced smething is draining battery 12 v cranking voltage 6 volts

something electrical may be remaining on like a light somewhere that you dont normally see like a trunk light that should be off, also could be something with a blown fuse with power still going to the relay area (but it wouldnt affect anything because of the blown fuse)

Put new baterry no crank nothing ;was diriving every day until today seemed the battery was low checked it out no good .replaced it with new one lights, radio come on but no crank .check fuses ok

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. I would say you have a bad starter or starter solenoid. If your ignition fuse has not blown, that checks out. You have a good battery and connection cause the lights work. Find your starter and try hitting it a few times. Don't be afraid to hit a good lick or two. Then try to start it. It may catch and get you where you need to be fore now. It may be completely dead though. That is where you need to check next.

I have a 2004 dodge stratus that has power to lights but does not turn over when i try to crank even after jumping it off.

Hi.

Check ignition switch fuse. This is a 20 Amps. see that it has not blown. In 2004 Fuse should be nr 8 in the power box under the hood (newer models #24).

Once you are sure that battery, fuse and wires are OK, check starter and ignition switch. Check if there is 12V to starter while cranking. If there is power and the starter motor does not turn, then the motor is gone.
If there is no power to starter motor when you crank, then the ignition switch located inside the steering column may need replacement. Before repairing, try reading error codes with a code scanner.

2000 GMC Jimmy 4.3L CSEFI won't crank. Fuel pressure is 50psi and should be between 55 to 60psi. Fuel filter 1yr old and fuel pump is probably stock & needs replaced but never had problem before...

Check your starter and check your connections to make sure they are clean and tight. The low fuel pressure won't cause a no crank. Too low could cause a no start but not a no crank. I've had starters be bad right out of the box. But if that starter motor isn't turning either the starter motor is bad or the solenoid attached or the wiring to it is at fault.

04 chevy 2500HD start relay /Circuit braker turns off @ key crank

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Any fuses in the diagram, test for voltage, some are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.
Use a digital multimeter across battery posts, everything off, the generic spec for a full charge is around 12.6 volts. Leave the leads hooked up to battery, have a helper turn key to crank, how far does it drop? In my opinion it shouldn't drop much under 10 volts, I wouldn't argue with 9.6 volts.
