What type of kia is it and are your headlights yellowed by weather if not check to see if the light bulb is in the proper position in the housing then you can try adjustment screws there should be holes on top you enter a philips screwdriver long into hole and try to turn slow because you can adjust up down and the other screw side in or out

Somewhere either in front of the light or behind the light under the bonnet you will find adjustment screws or knobs these adjust you lights up and down and in and out

The headlight needs adjusting and you could do this manually, or you will need to look at the haynes user manual

Low beam and brake light out on drivers side of 2007 Chevy Cobalt?

As far as low beam, did you check the bulb?
You have left and right low beam fuses, underhood fuse block. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage.

1998 ford ranger low beams work high beams do not

if the high beams bulb filaments are good then it could be the dimmer switch is not working. you should hear a click when activating the switch. if not then check to make sure the rod that pushes on the switch is moving far enough to activate. if not adjust switch. if it is clicking the switch is probably bad.

2004 Lincoln Navigator low beam headlight went out so I changed the bulb and fuse but it still does not work.

If you have the HID bulbs check with an Autoparts store like Autozone. I believe the right and left headlights have separate Relays in the Powerbox. It is possible that there are 2 low beam and 2 high beam relays total. They pull too much power for both sides to be wired together and may wire the high beams separate too!

How can I tell which light is the low beam and which one is the high beam?

The low beams are always on the outside of the lens so if you standing in front of the car the far right and far left bulbs are the low beams.

12 METERS THE LOW BEEN SHOULD BE THE HIGHT OF A BUMPER , CONCENTRATED LIGHT SHOULD BE STRAIGHT ON THE LEFT SIDE AND THE RIGHT SIDE A LITTLE BIT TURNING TO THE RIGHT.

hi kate it realy sounds like a blown fuse far more likely to be that than anything else --- hi beam has its own fuse as do the side lights and also low beam try that if you dont do any good come back to me but i think you will be right .

How do i change the low-beam bulb on my 2005 buick lacrosse cxl on the passengers side? the assembly wont pop out far enough to unscrew the cap on the housing

there should be 2 brackets at the rear of bulb housing, 1 may have a small bolt.....lift these up and the headlamp housing should come out. you will see how it works when you get it apart.

Headlights

turn on your low beams and look at the passenger side. as a general rule the low beam lights are the ones on the far side of the headlight bucket, not on the inside
