Did u also replace your blend door? should be right in front of your heater core. Stops the heat when you don't want it. Probably already have I figured I'd check since it wasn't there

1997 E350 Eldorado bus passenger heater blowing cold air

There is a separate heater core, like a small radiator, which needs hot water running through it, so when the air blows over it, the air gets hot. It sounds like the diverter valve which sends the hot water to this heater core is not working. It could be a problem with the valve itself, or the relay or switch that controls it, or the vacuum line or device that opens the valve when the switch or relay tells it to open.

Heat is not coming up in the van at all

check the coolant level. if that is ok check the radiator hose after it warms up. is it hot to the touch? if not the termostat may not be opening. if so the heater valve may not be opening.

Heater does not work have flushed engine changed thermostat and heat flapper valve

the problem maybe heater core stopped-up. need to see if coolant is flowing thru heater core.and check to see if heater hoses are getting hot near heater core . if take off heater hoses to core with water hose run water thru one side of the hoses to see if water flows thru the other hose.

There is no heat blowing ou of the vens on my van

The water must be able to circulate and there are three main things to stop this from happening.Heater core blockage, thermostat and water pump.
After checking those you must look at the controls under the dash to see if a dampener door is remaining closed. The doors will shut off the heater core from air circulation when using the air conditioning and vice versa. After starting the van switch the controls for temperature from cold to hot and listen for the door to open and close. That's where I would start. Also you have a Heater Control Valve that shuts off all hot water from entering your heater core.If this valve is closed you would get no to very little heat. It's located in the heater hose from the intake to your heater core.

Leaking heater core

did u replace the heater hoses as well. When u run your ac an idle up valve raises your rpms slightly whitch will pump more coolant. Other than that they should have nothing to do with one another.
