Question about 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD

At the end of the wiper arm there is a little cap. Pry it up with a screw driver and see if the nut is loose. Some times you can just tighten it and it will work again but the splines might be striped and need to replace the arm. Check and let me know.

the linkage has popped off the back you need to get to it to push it back on ots possibly worn and needs replacing
