Maria you can buy an owners manual and a service manual, each about 10 bucks, on eBay. the owners manual is about use and maintenance, it is not going to show you repairs. the car is 16 and any number of things could be wrong. the horn is generally in front of the radiator, behind the grill, under a head light assembly. it has a couple of wires. if you are handy you can make a set of jumper cables from an old extension cord, disconnect the wiring plug from the horn and jumper the battery to the horn's wiring plugs. if the horn does not blow with 12volts on it then you need a new one, they are cheap and sitting on the shelf at auto parts stores. if the horn blows, then it is good and you need to look at replacing the horn relay or switch, the relay will be in a fuse panel, consult your owners manual. if putting a new relay in does not fix it then you most likely have a bad switch and that means pulling your steering wheel off and you are not going to do that.

Mercury mariner horn blows how to locate problem also to locate horn relay what is best way to repair it thanks

First.. Hit the steering wheel/horn, see if it stops, even momentarily, or just once. If it does, you found the problem. It's in the steering wheel. You'll need a owners manual. To find a owners manual. Go to mercury.com/ownersmanual.

1990oldslocation cutlas cierafuse diagram

A good place to start for the location of the fuse for your horn is in your owners manual. If you don't have one you can find the book for your specific car at auto zone or oriely's or any parts store. As for the fuse that keeps popping as soon as it is replaced, it could be that you have a power wire that is being grounded out somewhere causing the fuse to pop. One other problem might be the amperage on the fuse is too small. Good luck

Cant find out which fuse goes where my horn doesnt work and i dont have a owners manual and it doesnt say on the fuse box

You apparently don't read your question either

You don't even have a vehicle listed

If you do have a blown fuse, then what?
Replacing it won't fix your horn

Buy an owners manual for all your vehicles
so you can find fuses & bulbs

Horn dont work need location of horn relay fuse fuse for horn

I don't see a fuse for the horn but I can tell you the horn relay is located in the power distribution box located under the hood of the car in the engine compartment on the drivers side of the vehicle. Below is a diagram of the fuse layout. The horn relay is the one marked "R6". This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at csautomotivecars@att.net with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries, no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.

When driving, my horn on my 1999 Chrysler Cirrus blows randomly and will not stop until I hit repeatedly in the center of steering wheel. What can I do that is cheap and quick to stop this?

I have or should say had same issue on 1996 cirrus quick fix just remove the HORN RELAY located on the left side of dash relay only controls horn. To really solve the issue at hand you must replace the clock spring on the steering wheel dis-arm air bag before messing with steering wheel to avoid activation of air bag disconnect battery for 10 min then its safe to fiddle with steering wheel safely.
