Whining noise in rear

Whenever I have people sitting in the back seat and take a left curve the car makes a whining sound. Our mechanic cannot find a problem.

This might be a problem with the rear bearing brushes. This, unfortunately, is not a cheap problem to have fixed. An authorized Jag dealership will charge about $900 to fix this. And just as unfortunate, many other car mechanics will not touch a Jag from fear of messing something up.

My third row seat is stuck in the folded down position. how can i fix it?

Might have to sit on seat back to relieve pressure on mechanism. Then operate normally. Afterwards inspect the area around mechanism for debris that might cause the problem. Also make sure there is nothing in between that would make it hard to operate like a blanket or toy.
The other solution would be that the mechanism would become corroded and require lubrication.

Power seat won't recline

Sounds like the motor and gearing has worn out, they take a lot of punishment. Replacements are available (sometimes it works out much much cheaper to buy a whole second-hand seat). But that depends how much you like the car...

Volvo XC90 rear middle seat stuck in the down position

It is pretty obvious from the video that the internal mechanism on the release has broken. This will need internal repairs or replacement of the whole seat by Volvo or a mechanic. Sorry :(

Whining noise is probably in one of the pulleys or belts. Probably the power steering. And the popping is probably CV axles.
