Have a garage lift the car off the ground. (jacks stands ARE DANGEROUS do not use them for this)
Put the car in drive.
Tap the brakes several times to see if you still hear it. leave the wheel in the forward position.
If not drive up to 40 and turn the wheel. Do this in park and drive. If it goes away on the lift check your struts bushings. some people just spray WD40 or penetrating oil on them and it goes away. This does not fix the problem and is a hacks way out of work.
I think you will find the strut mounts or like i said the strut bushings are on their way out.
hope this helps..

Hi most newer cars and trucks have no grease fittings on the ball joints. They get dry out thus making the noise. The simple fix is to get a grease needle for the grease gun and add grease by inserting the needle through the rubber boot of the ball joints.
Hope this solves the problem

Makes a loud noise wen turning right

Can be many things. Balljoints, hub bearings, C-V joints, and tierod ends can all make noise. You need to have someone lift the front components and manually check for play.
These components can be checked by someone doing front-end Alignment work. Some signs can be seen on tires with unusual wear patterns.
If you replace some of these components, a front-end Alignment would be a good idea. There is a remote chance that a loose brake caliper can make a noise you can hear. More likely is a weight bearing component like a strut, or the other components I mentioned.

2000 Lincoln makes creaking noise when turning right.

You should go to a front-end alignment place and have them check the Balljoints and tierod ends. Some of the front wheel drive cars have Upper strut bearings and Constant Velocity joints.

When you hear the creaking sounds it means the parts are rusty and rubbing together. They are considered "Lubed for Life" and if they are dry and rusty their life is gone.

These parts hold the 2 front wheels together so they both turn with the wheel. The Balljoints hold the weight of the car and are the framework for the wheels.

Poor alignment caused by worn parts will destroy tires early. It is not something to ignore but it is possible only 1 part is bad out of many. It is customary to align the wheels after front end work. Some front wheel drive cars need periodic alignment on the back wheels too. So you can believe this if a shop suggests it.

While dose my 2002 lincoln ls make a roeing sound when i get over 40 miles per hour

See if you notice it getting louder and softer as you turn a little to the left or right while you are going at speeds that makes the noise. If so, it is a front wheel bearing.
