The crankshaft sensor has broken off inside the flywheel.Dont worry about the broken part that's droped into the bell housing.Just fit a new crankshaft sensor and you will be fine.

Clutched replaced wont start now

Sounds like a switch on the clutch pedal is either bad or not properly installed. My guess is that the clutch has to be depressed to start the car, and the car "thinks" the clutch is not depressed.

Peugeot 307 wont start

By bump start do you mean you can have it pushed or push it, jump in and depress the clutch and get it started using the momentum of the vehicle to turn the crank? I usually call that a jump start but I think I have heard it called bump start (from having it bumped/pushed by another vehicle I think). Anyway if that is the case you need a new starter. If not post back and I will do what I can to help.
