How to arrest engine oil leaking in silencer mouth head?

If by silencer mouth head you mean the exhaust manifold - where the exhaust system connects to the engine..

It may be a leaking rocker cover gasket (easy fix).

What you should do is find out where the oil is coming from. If you're not too familiar with car engines go and get somebody to look at it for you

Car running hot

Probably a cracked cylinder head or block, or both. Or the head was warped and the head gasket has blown again.
When the engine gets very hot the gasket expands, and after a few times it will not return to its original shape.

Auto coolant hot temp light comes on and temp gauge goes up more when idling at a light

If temp gauge is going into the red on a 3.4 engine it must be shut down or head damage can happen within minutes. I have a Monte Carlo that was overheating. I changed everything, thermostat, water pump, belt tensioner, radiator, all with no result. It would start out okay on a cold start but then I would come to a red light and the temp would creep up. Higher and higher until it neared the red zone. The heat would run cold. Most of the time, as soon as it was about to touch the red it would start to drop, the heat would blow hot again and all seemed okay but not for long. This would get worse and worse until the red hot light came on and I found myself on the side of the thruway. This problem is a blown head gasket. I had no other obvious signs, no white smoke from the exhaust, no oil in the antifreeze. I even changed the intake gaskets. Head gasket issues are common on the 3.4 liter engines.

Gets hot shouts off

could be coil getting hot and shutting down, or fuel pump getting hot and doing the same

Going through alot of oil and antifreeze.... have oil where my spark plug is

The engine can burn alot of coolant before you see any smoke.
And having a cooling leak in the engine could cause it to run hot at times.
If you are adding coolant every week and don't see any leaks, the engine has to be burning it. Most of the time it is a blown head gasket and cracked head or block.

I did all thing i could of to the car oil change spark plugs cables, head gasket sealer, and now after everything if it get to hot n if im driving then stop it stalls, and is making a sound like wen i turn...

Head gasket sealer? Sounds like you have a cracked head or blown head gasket. The ticking is probably from the valvetrain. If you have a cylinder head problem it will continue to run hot.

well any thing near to the red could and most likley would crack the heads, if there not all ready cracked!
if the gear box is working fine and it drives ok
i think you should first look at your water pump but you may have a blown head gasket thats why it boiles up on you could take it to the repair shop and ask them to do a " snifer test" it checks the water in the rad to see if there is any hydro carbon's in it if there are its a head gasket blown or a cracked head!
these hydro carbond's come from burning fule only and if any hot gases from any head gasket's or cracked head's are getting into the water jackets there will be some in there,,
its a common test to do first,,
it turns the test blue or red! then have a compreshion test done that could also pick up a blown head gasket
what ever happens you must not let that engine get over heated or it will do far more damage than just crack the heads ,,,,,,,and if im right
(which i think i am) when that gasket go's pop it will boile over in seconds not minuets watch it closly

Driving in very hot weather, stopped at light,

you may have blown the head gasket.
or
check the coolant level,is it low?
if it is ok,check the fan switch on the radiator, change the thermostat, and check that the fan is working.
the fan has to work, saab engines run very hot.
there is a after run fan switch as well that measures engine compartment temperature, and can start the fan even with the car off,so be careful.
