Question about 2003 BMW 3 Series
That is perfectly normal. The fan or blower will keep running until the antifreeze temperature in the radiator is above a threshold. This happens often when you do several short drives/stops or after a very long drive. Once the temperature drops, the blower will stop on.
I would not worry too much. This happens on my BMW, Honda Accord and my Jeep Cherokee.
Just make sure your radiator fluid or antifreeze is a the required level.
Hope this helps.
