SOURCE: "battery not charging"
first when was the last time the drive belt was replaced? replace the drive belt first then have the alternator tested if the belt did not help the problem

Most likely you have a bad alternator. The alternator maintains the the charging system. you have the option to remove the alternator and take it to the parts store and have it tested too!.

Sounds like you have a bad alternator. His car was what was keeping your going by supplying the power. When your alternator goes out, the car will only run off of the battery until that has drained enough to not operate all the electrical systems. The battery may still be good. You will have to have it charged and tested to be sure, but you may have to replace it as well.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Hello: The RFA stands for the Key Fob That you use to lock?unlock your doors. RFA stands for Remote Function Actuator.. Replace the battery. Go to Auto Zone and they should have the battery and probably not charge you to replace it.
