Which fluid are you talking about? Recommended oil change is every 3000 miles, recommended transmission fluid change is about every 30000 miles, coolant is about 3 years or 36000 miles

You need to have the problems properly diagnosed

Not something you talk about or wonder what it is or
how long or how much

Work on finding the issues, then the solution.

That's a lot of oil for cylinder head issues

I would think more like a broken piston ring

You go several thousand most likely

Transmission not shifting properly

Usually transmissions are not fixable. If you're on the original transmission with 145k miles then it's probably had it's life. You could keep driving it like that but it's gonna die soon. I suggest replacing it or buying a new car, whichever is cheaper. A new transmission will cost a couple thousand depending on the year of the car.

Engine shuts down on deceleration

Well 145K is alot of miles, catera's are not that reliable especially after 100K. It sounds like you could have multiple issues but take it to a mechanic asap before it becomes unfixable.
