I have 2003 nissan sentra. poor coolant flow (no heat at idle approx 750rpm). changed t-stat. Comp. chk 1-180, 2-160, 3-160, 4-175 (specs say 198psi). looks like head gasket might be leaking between c

I would agree with your diagnosis if you are loosing coolant into the engine. And the difference between cylinders is more than 25 percent. The standard number of 198 psi is just a reference not a minimum.
Usually if a head gasket is leaking, it leaks compression into the cooling system and makes the engine run hotter than normal along with burning coolant out the exhaust pipe.
Most of the time when you have low heat at idle but normal at road speed, the cooling system is just low on fluid.

03 Nissan Sentra heats up when at a stop, cools back down when drove, ideas? I just picked it up from a tuneup when problem started, coincidence?

Maybe but Check to see if the radiator is full and the overflow tank for the radiator is full. If it's OK take the car to auto zone or Orilys (Schucks) and have them pressure test the cap, if the cap passes the pressure test then make sure there is nothing blocking the radiator and if it has an electric fan be sure it is plugged in. In the tune up procedures some cars require the fan to be disconnected.

A/C shuts off when the car idles Nissan Sentra 2004

Sound like the fan needs to be replaced. If the fan is not flowing enough air through the condensor the heated generated by the A/C system can not be disapated, which causes the pressure in the A/C system to rise, and the computer will shut the A/C system down to prevent damage to the A/C compressor. When you are moving down the road, there is enough air flowing through the condensor so that the pressure stays within a normal range and the computer will allow the A/C system to continue running. Your local Nissan dealer can test the fan system to see if the fan is functioning normally.

2003 Cuts off when hot, will not start untill cool

My 2003 nissan sentra would get hot and stall out even in middle of highway doing 70 mph. The guages would go up and down. Would not start up all the time after stalling. had to cool down first. Nissan said it was head gasket, and wanted to charge 1000.00 for the job. I took to local dealer who charged me 550.00. Works fine ever since. Nissan dealer said they do like 3 head gaskets a week on the sentras. They have crappy ones in original parts. They have not recalled though.

2003 Nissan Sentra Problem overheating and heater doesn't work.

does the car overheat at idle or travelling down the road? if the thermostat was not changed, thats first step. checking it is replacing it. possibly air-bound. then i would suspect a headgasket problem.
