Have you checked the fuse? That would be the easiest fix if thats was it. If the fuse is not the problem then you probably need a new windshield wiper motor. It would be in between the two wipers along the top of the firewall. Shouldn't be to hard to switch out. Check the fuse first though cause that could be all you need.
