HI.. You need to replace the Main relay ( Fuel pump relay)
Is located under the cluster behind the steering colunm.
The original nember is RZ0088,
Is a common problem on no starting or running on honda cars.
To get axcess you need to remove the cruise control computer atached with 2 10m screw.

Kia sportage 2008 v6,I've a problem with AC,In hot weather after 30 mins drive loose conditioned air and hot air start blowing although after switching engine off for may be 20 mins; AC start working

Bad blend door actuator is your cause. You need to disconnect the actuator from the blend door and manually check the blend door. One side of the door switches the heat and one draws air from the ac evaporator.

Check your coolant level when engine cold, low level coolant does not circulate very well at idle and will cause poor heating,at higher RPM water pump turns faster to help circulate.

Cutting out in wet weather and No power steering in wet weather?

I sounds by your explanation, that the belt which drives the alternator is slipping when it gets wet.
When this happens the alternator stops charging the battery, and when battery voltage drops the engine cuts out and won't start due to not having enough current to supply electrons as well as starter motor.
Have the belt tension checked, as well as charging output of alternator, should fix it.
