Question about 1997 Ford Expedition
I flunked state emissions have a check engine light on code tells me bank 1 is burning to lean 1997 expedition 5.4 v-8
It is a common problem, you will have to change bank 1, o2 sensor as it is covered in burnt oil and fuel telling the computer to run lean.

Check for vacuum leaks, plugged fuel filter, and if that don't do it check fuel pressure should be 28 to 48lbs if its your fuel pressure is your fuel pump.

In addition of u answers check starter connection and 175 amps fuse, clean up starter and may be change the fuse

The most common problem on a Ford with these codes is deteriorated PCV hoses. Check the hoses from the PCV valve to the intake manifold. Pay special attention to the rubber elbows. They often crack on the inside curve and the crack is hard to see.
