Sounds like a Faulty ABS module but it could be a caliper if any of your pads or shoes are worn too low. Have the ABS module tested. It is located under the Master Cylinder in most cases and has all the lines that run to your calipers coming out of it.

I got a Lincoln navigator 2004 my abs ight and avtra light How turn it off

The ABS warning light is on because the control module for the ABS has sensed a fault, until the fault is repaired the light will remain on and you have no ABS brakes. You need the ABS system scanned for the fault code to see what part or wiring is defective. When the system is repaired the light will go out.

2000 lincoln navigator front right brake abs is stuck closed, no fluid comming out. Could this be electrical?

How do you know there is no fluid coming out? Have you tried to bleed it? The ABS doesn't control hydraulic fluid supply only the rate in which it is supplied

Please tell me what repair needs to be done. The ABS yellow light is on and the motor kept running before disconnecting the orange plug in the fuse box under the hood on my 2000 Lincoln Navigator"

No body on the phone or internet can tell you a thing
about any vehicle repairs without the vehicle

You need the vehicle at a repair shop in the hands
of knowledgeable people with the factory reference
material to study the systems with a fault & do some testing

Abs light came on while driving and when engine is shut off makes a loud humming sound ? took the fuse out to make hummimg noise go away and now abs light and emergency parking brake are on all the time...

have the abs module checked for codes to find out what the problem is.when the system detects a fault in the system it turns on the abs light and check the e-brake to make sure its all the way off.the humming noise sounds like its coming from the abs hydraulic unit that`s not shutting off.

When I get up to about 65-70 mph with my 2004 Lincoln Navigator it makes a humming noise... very annoying.. Can anyone help me with what this is and how I can get it fixed?

Unfortunately, this is a somewhat common problem. Ford has issued several Technical Service Bulletins related to rear end noise. Without an extended warranty, this is something you will have to pay for.
TSB 05-23-3 11/28/05 REAR AXLE NOISE REPAIR FORD: 1997-2005 Expedition, F-150 2002-2005 Explorer LINCOLN: 1998-2005 Navigator 2003-2005 Aviator MERCURY: 2002-2005 Mountaineer
ISSUE:
Some vehicles may exhibit an axle whine or hum during acceleration, deceleration and/or cruise.
ACTION: An axle repair kit has been developed which incorporates most parts required for a comprehensive axle repair. The kit should be used instead of installing a complete axle assembly to repair an axle whine/hum. Replace Ring and Pinion with Axle Kit and Components.

ABS lights stays on my 1999 Lincoln Navigator and I keep topping up the brake fliud. How can I solve this problem?

If your ABS light is on, it is most likely the ABS Wheel Sensor located on the Hub of the Axle, find out which one is bad and replace.

ABS light is on . Braking is now being effective.

If the abs light is on it is one of a couple things that come to mind.
1. The fuse for ABS under the hood has blown
2. You have a bad ABS sensor on one/more of your wheels

Does the light stay on all the time, or does it come on when you turn into a parking spot and apply the brake(usually making a humming noise that you can feel in the brake pedal)?
