Question about 1996 Ford Taurus
Open your trunk ,next remove the inside trunk trim panel (on the side your lights out ) next there should be four retaining nuts on the back side of the light, remove the nuts, next pull out on the light assemble now twist out the light socket on the light that"s not working pull the bulb out of the socket and replace with new bulb , reverse the removal steps to reinstall
