Open the hood of the Cherokee. Above the headlights are one bolt to each headlight. This holds the headlight in place. Removed the bolt. Then just pull out the headlights straight forward. There are clips that hold the headlight to the inner panel.

Where is the engine cooling fan relay located on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee laredo

It is located under the right (passenger) headlight assembly. The headlight assembly must be removed first. The quickest way is to use a Dremel tool to cut an opening in the headlight bucket. Go to YouTube and search for this procedure. I did it on my 2002 and it worked like a charm. Using the Dremel is easier than removing the entire header panel and other headlight. The Dremel procedure saves about 2 hours on the job.

I am replacing my headlights in my 1994 jeep grand cherokee laredo and successfully removed the right headlight, but now i cannot get the replacement on, how do i get it on?

Mine were hard to put on also. We wound up putting some vasoline on the connection and then pressing it on the best we could. Replacement headlights may have come from china and the plastic may not exactly be the same. Good luck

Want to replace the headlights on my 2001 jeep grank cherokee lar

They are very simple to replace, only a few screws then you pull the light out. Open the hood, on top there is I think a 10mm screw. It's very long in length goes from the top of the light down through the bottom. If I remember correctly there is another screw, once these are removed the light will wiggle and you can pull really hard outward. The lights pop right out.
