Right i have scanned the information but you will only see a X you will have to wait a day or so as they documents i scanned have to be censored but the head bolts are showing as 113/115 nm main bearings 74 nm ,big ends 34+95? flywheel 75nm inlet manifold 23nmexhaust manifold20,oil pump 14nm sump 11nm hope this helps piston ring gaps 4th per inch diameter of bore grease end and main shells when installing ,it helps check side movement on rings in the piston groves and use a old piston ring ,broke in two to clean the piston ring grooves bring pistons down in bore so none of then are within an inch of the top of the bore for fitting the head ,dont want bent pistons do we now looking for all the engine torque setting, as i am - alicantecoli_6.tifalicantecoli_7.tif

HEAD BOLT TORQUE SPECS FOR MITSUBISHI TRITON 3.2 DIESEL 4M41U ENGINE - THANK YOU

there's no one torque setting. there's multiple stages and a sequence you have to do it in. usually finger tight, then tighten to a torque setting spiraling out. then torque it further so many degrees.
check the pajero 4m44 forum for exact specs. got manual at hm. have look later.

Torque settings for main and bigend bearings

First you need to know the diameter of the bolts and the type of thread ie 3/8 N/C or 5/16 N/F then look at the type of bolt ie plain steel or high tensile SAE grade 3, 4, or 6, once you know this go to a general purpose bolt torque chart, and derive the torque spec info.
If the engine block is cast iron use the full torque specification.
If the engine block is alloy then reduce the torque spec 10%

Below is an example of a general purpose bolt / nut torque chart

Head torque settings

The torque is 90 foot lbs, and they want you to use new bolts, the old ones are stretched and CAN NOT be reused, tighten 20 lbs at a time in proper sequence as outlined in service manual.
