Question about 2002 Volkswagen Jetta TDI
Your oil is very thick from the cold. The motor is struggling against the thick oil. You probably need an oil change with a lower viscocity oil. If you have a garage, push it in there and turn on the heat to warm it up. If you don't have a garage, you can place a small space heater under the oil pan to get it warmed up. Stay with it and keep an eye on it if you do that.
Once you get it warmed up and running ok, change the oil ASAP.
